This “Privacy Policy” regulates the processing of personal data provided by the User through the website that Suara Inserció, EI, SLU (hereinafter “Suara”) makes available to Internet users. This Policy is an integral part of the Legal Notice, which is accessible at all times from the website.
The User guarantees that the data provided is true, accurate, complete, and up to date, being responsible for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may occur as a result of the breach of this obligation. In the case that the data provided belongs to a third party, the User guarantees that they have informed the third party of the aspects contained in this document and have obtained their authorization to provide their data to Suara for the stated purposes.

With what purpose do we process the user’s personal data?
Suara processes the information provided by the User with the aim of addressing various types of requests made through the website. Depending on the nature of the request, the purpose will be as follows:
• “Contact” Form: Respond to contact or information requests
• “Best Price Reservation” Form: Manage booking and purchase processes
If the User registers on the website via social login, Suara will only access the User’s personal data for which they have given consent during the configuration of the social network access. Any information provided in connection with these social applications may be accessed by members of the corresponding social network, and these interactions will be governed by the privacy policies of the service providers. Suara has no control or responsibility over these entities or how they use the user’s information.

Finally, the User may exercise their right to Portability and, where applicable, Suara will handle the processing.
